Social Anxiety Experiments

Information alone doesn’t lead to transformation.

You need both information and action to manage social anxiety and create the relationships you want.

Unlike many other sites that focus on social anxiety knowledge (which is still valuable), I’ve been doing social anxiety experiments and challenges over the last decade, so that I can apply what I’ve learned and grow into who I want to be: someone who isn’t held back by his social anxiety.

From time to time, I’ll share my latest experiment findings with you, and hopefully that inspires you to jump in and face your social anxiety too.
