The Social Anxiety Book Club

Rather than summarizing books from start to finish, I take a completely different approach: sharing the 3-5 most surprising or profound insights that I found.

The goal is to help you take action, rather than consuming more and more information.

And, unlike many other book summarizers, I’ve…

  • Worked through decades of social anxiety
  • Read dozens of social anxiety research papers
  • Collaborated with multiple psychology professionals

All that means is, I have a much higher benchmark of what a great book on social anxiety is. If the book didn’t blow my mind — it has to be at least 4 out of 5 stars — I won’t be recommending it to you.

(Plus, my reputation is on the line, since I earn a lil’ affiliate fee when you buy any of the books I recommended.)
